We have recently released a feature on our website that allows customers to submit their refund requests directly through their GlamCorner account.
To submit a refund request:

Log into ‘My Account’

Click ‘Orders’
-
Find the order you would like a refund for, press ‘Request Refund’ and select your reason
Fashion Solution items are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
Return parcels take about 3-5 days to reach our warehouse. Once your parcel is received your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Please note that due to COVID-19, return postage and refunds may be experiencing some slight delays. Please feel free to contact our Customer Happiness team if you have any concerns.
For AfterPay, please note that for any refunds customers will need to allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be cleared back into the account.
Note: Refund request can only be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
