Return parcels take about 3-5 days to reach our warehouse. Once your parcel is received, your refund request will be processed within 5-10 business days.
For AfterPay, please note that for any refunds customers will need to allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be cleared back into your account. Afterpay will reimburse any payments made, and cancel any outstanding payment instalments.
Please note that postage fees are non-refundable.
