GC Membership customers are welcome to pause their accounts for 1, 2 or 3 months. A pause is like reserving your place in the program - you do not pay or use the service, but you are able to reactivate whenever you're ready.
Our Customer Happiness Team pauses accounts from billing dates. Please note that we require all items to be returned and scanned into our warehouse before a pause can be finalised. As a result, we recommend returning your box 3 business days prior to your billing date.
