To submit a refund request;
Log into ‘My Account’ - to do this hover over the 'face' symbol if you are browsing on desktop, or click on the 'three lines' symbol and scroll to the bottom if you are browsing on a mobile or tablet device.
Find the order you would like a refund for, press ‘Request Refund’ and select your reason
Please note that Sale orders, orders that are not posted for return within 24 hours of you receiving them, as well as orders that have been manually changed will be unable to refunded via our website.
