We can confirm that we use these cardboard boxes due to the rigidity of their structure, which ensures that your dresses arrive as crease and wrinkle-free as possible during transit, while being tough enough to withstand being shipped across Australia!
When choosing return packaging for our dresses, we sought to create something positive from what can traditionally be one of the most waste-generating and environmentally impactful aspects of E-commerce. We are proud to say that we have partnered with Terracycle, ensuring that 100% of our plastic return parcels are able to be diverted from landfill and recycled.
