To cancel an order please log into your account on our website, click 'my account' and select 'orders' to see your upcoming bookings.
Once you have done this, click on the upcoming order which you wish to cancel.
Select 'cancel order', then proceed to complete the 3 step process before submitting your request.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have completed this cancellation process.
Please note that you will be unable to cancel a booking if your order has already been dispatched from the GlamCorner warehouse.
