To cancel an order please log into your account on our website, click 'my account' and select 'orders' to see your upcoming bookings.
Once you have done this, click on the upcoming order which you wish to cancel.
Select 'cancel order', then proceed to complete the 3 step process before submitting your request. Please note that Cancellation Fees may apply in accordance with Schedule 2 of our Terms.
From here, your Cancellation request will be scheduled for review and processing by our team. . If you have purchased Cancellation Protection at the checkout, then you will be eligible to receive a full cash refund of the Price of your Booking or Purchase. Please note that the Cancellation Protection amount itself is non-refundable.
Kindly note that if your Order has already been dispatched then you will no longer be eligible for a cancellation request. You will only be able to request a refund. For your more information about how to request a refund you can read this article here.
