To cancel an order please log into your account on our website, click 'my account' and select 'orders' to see your upcoming bookings.
Once you have done this, click on the upcoming order which you wish to cancel.
Select 'cancel order', then proceed to complete the 3 step process before submitting your request.
From here, we will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have completed this cancellation process.
You will only be able to request a refund if your order has already been dispatched from the GlamCorner warehouse.
Due to the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak, we understand that the disappointment in events being cancelled and we thank you for placing your order with us in the first place. GlamCorner is here to support our customers during this time and for this reason, we will waive the cancellation fee.
