Some of our dresses are unavailable to book a Try On for on the website due to limited stock and high rental demand. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
We recommend placing a Rental order using our Back Up Dress system, which means for an additional $15 you receive a second dress and you can wear whichever one you prefer for your event. This is a great option if you are unsure of sizing or if you are tossing up between two styles.
Alternatively we offer exchanges (within 24hr of delivery) for a processing fee of $14.95 to the value of your order if you aren't happy with the dresses you originally receive and wish to receive an alternative style prior to your event.
If you would like to receive your dresses earlier to provide you with more time for an exchange, we offer an 8-day rental option which can be booked on our website.
We are also glad to offer a refund as store credit of hire cost on orders which are returned to us unworn within 24 hours of delivery if they are unsuitable for you.
